We are living in an age of loneliness and disconnection. Despite the burst of technologies, networks, and social media platforms that claim to connect us, 1 in 3 people in the global population feel lonely.
Loneliness isn't the same as being alone, and it isn't about not having friends to hang out with or people to talk to. Loneliness is the lack of deep, meaningful, authentic connections.
Loneliness kills, while strong relationships help us live longer and happier, and work more productively. There is so much research evidence around the importance of connection. Deep down, we all need to be seen, heard, understood, and supported. But why is it so hard?
Because it is hard to throw ourselves out there and be vulnerable. Because we often don't know the best way to respond and relate when people open up.
That's why we founded Inspiring Chats, to empower more meaningful human connections, through experiential learning, community building, relational therapy, and innovative technology.
We have seen and experienced the magic of REAL connection, it strengthens, heals, and transforms. We want to share that magic with the rest of the world.
